In the spirit of the elections the crowd of picketers on a recent Saturday night rallied the vote for Voom by Joy Han at LA Fashion Week hosted by the California Market Center. For Spring, Joy Han’s 60s inspired collection ran the gamut from Jackie O suits to peacenik hippy gowns with native American and peace dove detail. Key makeup artist Anthony Merante designed the beauty look with Temptu to set off Joy’s signature girly frocks in confectionary colors. Under Anthony, Temptu’s airbrush team created a youth fueled dewy foundation finish paired with a ladylike flush in Temptu’s Blush and Hi Def Pink S/B airbrush colors. The skin was flawless and subtly sculpted and highlighted with Pink Pearl, a touch of gloss on the lids and lips for translucence and freshness to complete the look.
