"For Spring 2011, Herve Leger defines a modern day Marie Anotoinette", as Max Azria explains. The pieces are intricate and sculpted. Lisa Butler, key makeup artist for TEMPTU, asserted that the strength and structure of the collection needed to be paired with a natural, ethereal look. By delicately blending highlighters and blushes they achieved a clean, sweetness to enhance the models natural beauty. Lisa Butler used washes of translucent pink pearl highlight to sculpt and modulate the face, and also used pink pearl to highlight the body on chest, legs, and arms.
